These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://skilledwallets.com (the "Service"), operated by Skilled Wallets ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Skilled Wallets analyzes publicly available on-chain Polymarket activity and publishes rankings, metrics and research signals about trading wallets. The Service is an informational research tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Polymarket.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Rankings, scores, metrics and signals are statistical summaries of historical public data. Past performance of any wallet does not guarantee future results. Prediction markets involve substantial risk of loss. Any trading decision you make is solely your own responsibility, and you should consult a qualified professional before making investment decisions.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or scrape content.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
- You can cancel at any time from the Stripe customer portal in your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Prices may change; changes will be notified in advance and apply from the next billing cycle.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: resell or redistribute the Service's data without written permission; use automated means to extract content at scale; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its scoring methodology presentation, design and content, is our property or licensed to us. The underlying blockchain data is public.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Data pipelines can fail, third-party APIs can change, and metrics may be delayed or incomplete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@skilledwallets.com.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
